CHIEN-YI was established since 2012. By strict self-demanding and continuously improvement these years, Chien Yi, our factory contribute ourselves by providing ODM and OEM service to our customers to meet their satisfactory in the machining, engineering, and manufacturing process of high-quality CNC machined and welding products for which could be used in multiple applications and equipments.

2012

  • Chien-Yi founded.
  • Implement the first traditional lathe machine.
  • Implement CO2 and SUS304 Argon welding.

2013

  • Expand the plant in response to production needs.
  • Implement CNC 1500L Milling Machining Center.
  • Become supplier of well-known companies, and produce vertical lathe fixtures and stamping molds.

2014

  • ISO 9001:2008 international quality management system certification.
  • Implement large CNC milling Machining center.
  • Implement 3D coordinate measuring machine.

2015

  • Implement CNC 5-axis machining center.
  • Totally implement 5X CAM system.
  • Produce aerospace components.

2016

  • Implement CNC 5-face machining center.
  • Apply for AS 9100 Aerospace certification.

2017

  • Increase the number of CNC milling machining center.
  • Purchase our own plant for multiple production lines and mass order.

2018

  • Move to new plants, including plant 1 (1650m²) & plant 2 (1000m²)
  • Purchase CNC milling machining centers (5000L/4000L/3000L/2000L).
